基于柔性变电站的交直流配电网技术研究与工程实践

摘要:传统交流配电网面临着直流电源和负荷大量涌现,用电需求多样化等挑战,交直流配电网逐渐成为研究热点。文章梳理了国内外交直流配电网技术现状,总结了现有方案特点。针对配电网面临的核心问题,提出了全新的基于柔性变电站的交直流配电网技术。柔性变电站将分散的电力电子设备高度集成,具备交直流多类型接口;具备潮流控制、新能源电源即插即用、定制化供电等功能,满足电网灵活高效运行、新能源发电、多元负荷等要求。搭建了系统模型,开展了电气计算,设计了自动化系统,制定了控制保护策略。仿真结果验证了方案原理及理论分析的正确性和工程实施的可行性,验证了基于柔性变电站的交直流配电网在提高"源网荷"协调互动水平、实现潮流互济、提高系统可靠性方面的作用。最后,文章以张北交直流配电网及柔性变电站示范工程为实例,介绍了世界首个基于柔性变电站的交直流配电网工程实践,总结了工程对推进交直流配电网发展的示范意义。

Abstract:  ABSTRACT: In recent years, the AC distribution network is facing the challenge of more and more DC power sources, DC loads and the diversification of power demand. AC and DC distribution network has gradually become the focus of research. This paper reviews current situation of domestic and foreign technologies for AC and DC distribution network and summarizes the characteristics of existing schemes. Aiming at the core challenge to distribution network, a new technology on AC and DC distribution network based on flexible substation is proposed. Flexible substation makes the power electronic equipment highly integrated with AC and DC multi-type interfaces, and can control the power flow, highly supports the utilization of new energy and individuation of electricity consumption scheme, can support the flexible operation of grid, the demand of new energy power supply and multiple loads etc. The paper builds the system model, makes the power calculation, designs automation system, strategy of control and protection. Simulation results verify the correctness of the principle and the feasibility of the project;verify that this project can improve the interactivity and coordination of source-network-load. Finally, this paper takes "Zhangbei AC and DC distribution network and flexible substation demonstration project" as an example to introduce the world's first AC and DC distribution network based on flexible substation, and sums up the demonstration significance of the AC and DC distribution network's development.
